TRANSPORT
The specificity of
the transport of goods at temperature controlled.

A service dedicated to everyone who cares about transporting food at a controlled temperature (fresh, chilled, frozen). The loads we deliver do not lose their freshness and quality! It is possible thanks to the control of all transport parameters: temperature, humidity and air circulation.
All parameters are modified depending on the type of shipment. Inspection is essential to maintain freshness and safe transportation. The speed of transport is a guarantee of freshness.
Transport at controlled temperature
We provide the shortest path “from field to table”. We make sure that fresh products such as vegetables or fruit, immediately after being harvested from the field, reach the processing plant or warehouse in appropriate conditions and without undue delay.
Products that require cooling, such as: fish, fresh meat, dairy products and products with a short shelf life, that must be transported at a temperature of 2-6 ° C, are transported in accordance with the specification and requirements of the sender. We transport goods, the so-called “Ultrafresh”, that is at a temperature of 0-2°C.

Maintaining a certain temperature in the cargo space is crucial for the quality of the goods transported. Due to the constantly growing level of consumption, the requirements of customers in terms of transport conditions are increased. How is the transport of temperature-sensitive cargo carried out?
How is the transport of goods carried out at controlled temperatures?
The current technological possibilities allow for transport at a temperature controlled by almost any means of transport. These include: planes, ships, trucks and vans. As a result, products sensitive to weather conditions can be transported quickly, over long distances and almost anywhere. The key to keeping their freshness and quality unchanged is to maintain the proper temperature, humidity and air circulation. How are thermal conditions controlled for sensitive products?
Methods of transporting sensitive goods – by planes
In the case of extremely urgent deliveries of items susceptible to the influence of temperature, air transport is used. Shipments at controlled temperature are loaded into packages cooled with dry ice or gel inserts. Most often, goods of this type on airplanes are placed in dedicated containers or packages made of insulating materials such as polystyrene. It is also possible to locate them in separate spaces with variable thermal conditions.
Methods of transporting products at controlled temperature – by sea
An extremely popular form of transporting products sensitive to temperature changes is the use of ferries and sea ships, the so-called container ships. They are second to none when it comes to load capacity, so they are eagerly used to transport goods. However, temperature-controlled transport by sea is more challenging than any other method. Why? The journey usually lasts from several to several dozen days, and the cargo is transported through various climatic zones during this time. That is why special reefer containers are used, with the possibility of temperature, humidity and air circulation regulation. Thanks to this, sensitive products reach the customer in an unchanged form and quality.
Ways of transporting thermally sensitive products – road transport
Thanks to small vans and big trucks, the transport of goods at controlled temperatures can be carried out on short and long routes. The key to maintaining the appropriate conditions of transport is the use of the so-called cold stores powered by agregates or thermally insulated spaces. They can maintain the temperature in the range from -25 to + 25 ° C. In this way, you can transport almost any goods that are sensitive to low or high temperature.
